Patients and Staff members who have concerns about quality of care or patient safety are encouraged to address their concerns through the appropriate channels, including, but not limited to, the unit Patient Advocate Representative, the Hospital Patient Advocate 702-653-2201, Patient Safety, 702-653-3362, or Organizational Improvement, 702-653-2527.

In addition, the MDG Commander/CEO is always interested, ready and able to address any patient concerns at 702-653-2000.

New Prescriptions
New hand-written prescriptions may be filled at the satellite pharmacy.  Prescriptions from civilian providers will be filled if the medication is on the hospital's outpatient formulary (a listing of stocked medications).

Prescription Refills
Refills are available through a phone-in refill system and should be picked up at the drive-through windows at the satellite pharmacy.  Listen to the automated message for changes in hours of operation and other important pharmacy information.

The 99th Medical Group (99 MDG) is comprised of approximately 1400 personnel who are dedicated to providing preventive, emergency and acute care services for approximately 22,000 active-duty members and their dependents.

Health care services are also provided directly or coordinated for over 40,000 retirees, their dependents or other eligible beneficiaries on a space-available basis.
