The Nellis Family Medicine Program has collaborated with the
ACUS Foundation and
HMI Education to offer interested residents a comprehensive acupuncture course.
The course is spread out over one to two years during intensive weekend seminars held at the Family Medicine Residency. The course, in its entirety, offers over 300 hours of acupuncture instruction to offer residents a comprehensive acupuncture understanding. Residents have found this course extremely valuable in treating patients with acute and chronic pain.
