NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. -- Kenneth Klein, Nellis Base Exchange general manager, presented Maj. Brett Waring, 66th Weapons Squadron weapons instructor pilot, with a $2,500 check April 17 for winning second place in the Army and Air Force Exchange Service’s “Picture This” Pog Design Contest.
