  • VIRTUAL FLAG: JAGIC C2, first-of-its-kind joint training event

    The first VIRTUAL FLAG exercise dedicated to training the Joint Air Ground Integration Center’s command and control was successfully executed at the 705th Combat Training Squadron’s Distributed Mission Operation Center located at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, Aug. 23-27.
  • Herk Nation, mission partners tackle JFE exercise

    Little Rock launched six C-130J Super Hercules in support of the U.S. Air Force Weapons School’s Joint Forcible Entry exercise at the Nevada Test and Training Range, Dec. 6. The USAF Weapons School teaches graduate-level instructor courses that provide the world's most advanced training in weapons and tactics employment. The culmination of the course is the Advanced Integration phase in which all assets combine in challenging scenarios, simulating current and future threat arenas.
  • 12th Combat Training Squadron supports joint air-to-ground operations

    The 12th CTS, a geographically separated unit (GSU) of the 57th Operations Group at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, supports the U.S. Army National Training Center (NTC), where Fort Irwin trains Airmen and Soldiers to control, sustain and integrate in a realistic battle environment in order to improve joint force readiness.
