HAWC fitness coach places in Nev. bodybuilding competition

Brittney Hunsaker, 99th Aerospace Medicine Squadron health and fitness specialist, works out at the Nellis Air Force Base Health and Wellness Center June 25, 2012. Ms. Hunsaker placed fourth in the 2012 National Physique Committee's Nevada State Women's Bodybuilding, Bikini and Figure Competition held in Reno on June 9. In preparation for the competition, aside from a daily workout regimen, Hunsaker learned a lot about proper nutrition as a source of energy and how it effects the way her body looked. She teaches classes at the HAWC for squadron physical training leaders in addition to the "Be Well" course for active duty members as a way to improve their overall fitness and fitness assessment scores.
