Rugby Sevens

Lifting weights
Lei Govan, a member of the Mike O’ Callaghan Federal Medical Center, lifts weights at the Warrior Fitness Center Feb. 18, 2015. Weightlifting can help burn fat, reduce the risk of diabetes, prevent back pain and help fight depression. The fitness center is open Monday through Friday from 4:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on holiday and down days.
