The load crew competition is a quarterly event held at Nellis AFB to highlight the exceptional Airmen of the 57th Maintenance Group.

Load crews were chosen for their outstanding duty performance and exceptional loading ability during the friendly competition between F-15, F-16, F-22, F-35 and A-10 crews.

During the competition, load crew members are evaluated on a written test, dress and appearance inspection, composite tool kit inspection, and the weapons load.

The competition provides weapons loaders throughout the 57th Maintenance Group the opportunity to display their war fighting skills to their peers and superiors.
