UPDATE: Nellis to hold memorial service for deceased pilot Published Aug. 1, 2008 99th Air Base Wing NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. -- A private memorial service in honor of Lt. Col. Thomas Bouley is scheduled for 9 a.m. Aug. 4 at the Nellis Base Chapel. Colonel Bouley, 65th Aggressor Squadron commander, was killed when the U.S. Air Force F-15D Eagle, a two seater he was piloting, crashed on the Nevada Test and Training Range during a Red Flag training exercise July 30, 2008. For military personnel, the dress is uniform of the day. A non-profit memorial fund has been established for Colonel Bouley's children for persons wishing to make donations.
