Multiple squadrons from the 57th Maintenance Group participated in a load crew competition June 30 at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev.

Airmen worked in small teams to load and unload munitions from their assigned aircraft.

From performing pre-checks to loading, securing and unloading the munitions, each team member played a specific role during the competition.

The load crews were evaluated on their accuracy and timeliness while loading and unloading the munitions.

The competition provides weapons loaders throughout the 57th Maintenance Group the opportunity to display their weapons loading skills to their peers and superiors.
