Commander of Air Combat Command, Gen. Mark D. Kelly, hosted the unveiling of a plaque that several Tuskegee Airmen from the 332nd Fighter Group earned in 1949 at a Top Gun competition. On Behalf of the Airmen, (Ret.) Lt. Col. James Harvey III will attend the ceremony to accept on the team's behalf. More
