  • Red Flag night launch with civic leaders

    Nellis Air Force Base senior leaders welcomed both civic leaders and honorary commanders to the base on Jan. 31, 2023, to observe the launch of U.S., joint and allied aircraft from the flight line during Red Flag-Nellis 23-1.

  • 437th supports JFE exercise over Nevada Testing and Training Range

    Airmen from the 14th, 15th and 16th Airlift Squadrons at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina, participated in the Joint Forcible Entry 19B exercise to practice interoperability operations with the U.S. Army and other aircraft platforms over the Nevada Testing and Training Range, Nevada, Dec. 6-8.

  • F-35 Demo Team to take first flight in Las Vegas air show

    This year, don’t miss the F-35 Lightning II Demonstration Team, which is performing for the first time in Las Vegas and are teaming with the 757th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron Bolt Aircraft Maintenance Unit to fly Nellis-based F-35 aircraft.

  • 29th WPS: Forging C-130 Tactical Experts

    The 29th Weapons Squadron recently tackled phase three of the C-130 Weapons Instructor Course in Colorado, from October 12 - 27. The 29th WPS at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas, a detachment from the U.S. Air Force Weapons School at Nellis AFB, Nevada, is home to the course.
