The Federal Aviation Administration has deemed Nellis Air Force Base’s airspace a Class Bravo airspace. With this designation, professional small unmanned aircraft systems pilots, commonly referred to as “drone pilots,” are advised that in order to fly in this airspace they must be licensed and possess an FAA-issued Certificate of Authorization.
