Missing 57th FG pilot from WW II found

The remains of 2nd Lt. James R. Lord, former P-47 Thunderbolt pilot, have been found and identified. Lord was assigned to the 66th Fighter Squadron, 57th Fighter Group, when his plane crashed while engaging enemy gun encampments Aug. 10, 1944. (Courtesy photo)
