Sept. 30 marked the end of the fiscal 2016 at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev. Members of the 99th Comptroller Squadron and 99th Contracting Squadron put in tireless hours throughout the week to close the fiscal 2016 budget. The F-35 Lightning II sunshades project was one of the larger contracts for the 2016 fiscal year.
