Gone but not forgotten: Nellis honors POWs, those MIA

Don Harten, a retired B-52 Stratofortress/F-105 Thunderchief/F-111 Aardvark pilot, speaks to former prisoner of war and retired colonel Jim Padgett during the Prisoners of War/Missing in Action Recognition Ceremony at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., Sept. 18, 2015. Padgett, a rear seat weapons systems operator of an F-105 during the Vietnam War, was a POW from May 11, 1972 to March 28, 1973, and comes to the Nellis AFB POW/MIA ceremony every year to pay his respects to his fallen brothers who never returned home from the jungles of Vietnam.
