The Nellis Air Force Base re-sale lot is open to active duty, retirees, civilian employees, dependents, reservists and guard members to sell their vehicles. The Arts and Crafts Center requires a flat rate fee, as well as completion of required forms in order to assign the vehicle a registered spot on the lot.
