NTTR gains A-10 Thunderbolt II fuselage as lasing target

Tom Ziegenbein, 57th Maintenance Squadron crash recovery technician, operates a crane during the movement of a ground training A-10 Thunderbolt II fuselage from the 57th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron Thunder Aircraft Maintenance Unit Aug. 26, 2013, at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev. Members from the crash recovery team loaded the fuselage onto a flatbed truck for transportation to the Nevada Test and Training Range where it will be used as a lasing target by pilots on training missions.
