Nellis Air Force Base Airmen watch as weapons load crews from the 57th and 757th Aircraft Maintenance Squadrons compete in the annual weapons load crew competition on the flightline Jan. 17, 2014, at Nellis AFB, Nev. The load crew competitions ensure Airmen maintain their skills while also promoting competition and camaraderie among the squadrons. Load crew competitions are held four times a year in addition to an annual competition to determine the best load crew of the year.
