A privately owned vehicle parks at the Warrior Fitness Center May 5 at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev. Starting on June 1, all vehicles that drive on Nellis AFB over 60 days per year will be required to register on the new Employee-vehicle Certification and Reporting System program.
