Richard Boutwell, 99th Air Base Wing commander, shares a story with a member of the 99th Contracting Squadron during Boutwell’s immersion with the unit at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., Aug. 12, 2014. Boutwell visited the 99th CONS to gain a better understanding of how the unit affects operations at Nellis and to meet the men and women who make up the squadron.
