NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. - Colonel Michael Bartley, 99th Air Base Wing commander and the head of the base Energy Management Steering Group, turns off his computer at the end of the day in agreement with the base “turn it off” energy saving policy. Col Bartley and the other Nellis senior leaders took a stand on energy conservation.
