Brig. Gen. Kevin McLaughlin, United States Air Force Warfare Center (USAFWC) vice commander and Col. Ross Victor, Coalition and Irregular Warfare Center of Excellence (CIWC) director, cut the ribbon for the opening of the CIWC facility at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., Apr 6. Operating under the scope of the USAFWC, the CIWC’s mission is to evaluate, analyze and train Airmen and U.S. coalition partners on how to integrate irregular war fighting capabilities in to conventional warfare.
