Two F-15E Strike Eagles take off from Nellis AFB, Nev., Aug. 15. The "OT" tails belong to the 53rd Wing's 422nd Test and Evaluation Squadron, which is based at Nellis. The 422nd conducts operational testing on new hardware and upgrades to the A-10, F-15, F-15E, F-16, F-22A and HH-60G. The squadron also develops and publishes new tactics for these six aircraft.
