Gen. Mike Worden, U. S. Air Force Warfare Center commander, and Col. Michael Bartley, 99th ABW commander, signed a proclamation affirming their commitment to energy conservation at Nellis and Creech Air Force Bases, as well as the Nevada Test and Training Range, June 12.
