Brigadier General O'Shaughnessy joins the 57th Wing

NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev.-- Staff Sgt. Jeremy Strivens, 57th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron crew chief, removes tape from an F-16 Fighting Falcon with the name of Brig. Gen. Terrence O'Shaughnessy, the new 57th Wing commander, at a change of command ceremony July 16. The 57th Wing is responsible for 38 squadrons at 12 installations, constituting the Air Force's most diverse flying wing, flying and maintaining more than 130 aircraft. The 57th Wing also oversees the U.S. Air Force Weapons School; U.S. Air Force Air Demonstration Squadron, the Thunderbirds; and the Red Flag and Green Flag exercises.
