Ragina James, 57th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron aircraft armament systems craftsman, uses hand signals to direct MJ-1 Jammer driver to move a MK-84 2000-pound bomb away from it's trailer during a weapons load competition on the Nellis flightline Jan. 7. Weapons load competitions are conducted quarterly to keep Airmen sharp and recognize superior performers. Weapons load teams are evaluated for their use of the checklist, safety, and overall speed.
