99 CES Purple Heart Recipients

NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev.-- Col. Kevin Fox, 99th Mission Support Group commander, presents the Purple Heart to Tech. Sgt. Cory Kemp, 99th Civil Engineer Squadron explosive ordnance disposal technician, for his honorable service during Operation Enduring Freedom. Sergeant Kemp sustained injuries from an improvised explosive device detonation in Kandahar, Afghanistan, in September.
