NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. -- Col. Steven Winkleman, 99th Air Base Wing vice-commander, congratulates Chief Master Sgt. Alfred Herring after presenting him the Air Force Meritorious Service Medal March 31, at the 99th ABW monthly promotion ceremony. Chief Herring received the Meritorious Service medal for his two year service as the 99 ABW command chief.
