The Nellis Family Housing held a ceremony for the completion of the new residential pool May 17. The pool area, which is more than 4,700 square feet and can hold up to 450 people, was designed for base residents and their families and will open May 28 at 3 p.m. Construction began in 2009 with the assistance of Hunt Military Communities.
