Nellis Satellite Pharmacy reopens

The satellite pharmacy reopened Mar. 26, 2012 at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., allowing patients needing pharmaceutical refills an alternative to the main Mike O'Callaghan Federal Medical Center Pharmacy. Dependents and military retirees filling off-base prescriptions are encouraged to use the satellite pharmacy as their primary location to fill prescriptions on base. The satellite pharmacy is open to patients Monday- Friday from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Having a second pharmacy choice on base means faster service for patients at both pharmacy locations. The newly reopened satellite pharmacy offers a drive-through option, which was renovated and expanded to two lanes. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Jack Sanders)
