Heavy rain storm slam Nellis
NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev.-- Rainwater accumulates near the 57th Operations Support Squadron building Dec. 22. A heavy winter rainstorm slammed southern Nevada the fourth week of December. More than an inch of rain was recorded at Nellis over the week. The base populace is reminded when a flash-flood warning is issued that flooding is imminent or occurring.
