Resilience vital to Airmen’s overall wellbeing
Physical resilience, is one of the four pillars of the U.S. Air Force Comprehensive Airman Fitness program, it is vital to the overall wellbeing of today’s Airmen. Physical resilience includes not only actively exercising, but also proper nutrition and healthy sleeping habits.
