Specific individuals are not identified. Article 15 Actions: During June 2010, Nellis and Creech commanders administered 11 non-judicial punishment actions under Article 15 of the UCMJ. The punishments imposed reflect the commander's determination of an appropriate punishment after considering the circumstances of the offense and the offender's record. A "suspended" punishment does not take effect unless the offender engages in additional misconduct or fails to satisfy the conditions of the suspension. The suspension period usually lasts for six months unless a lesser amount is specified. Disobeying a lawful order - An airman first class received a suspended reduction to airman basic, forfeiture of $400 pay and a reprimand. Assault - A senior airman received a suspended reduction to airman first class, forfeiture of $448 pay per month for two months, 14 days restriction, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand. Underage drinking - An airman first class received a reduction to the grade of airman basic, a suspended forfeiture of $723 pay per month for two months and a reprimand. Incapacitated for duty - A senior airman received a suspended reduction to airman first class, 14 days extra duty and a reprimand. Fraternization - A captain received forfeiture of $500 pay per month for two months, suspended forfeitures of $2,000 and a reprimand. Dereliction of duty - A staff sergeant received a reduction to senior airman and a reprimand. Larceny and forgery - A senior airman received a suspended reduction to airman first class, suspended forfeitures of $961 pay per month for two months, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand. Disobeying a lawful regulation - A senior airman received a suspended reduction to the grade of airman first class. Driving under the influence - An airman first class received a reduction to the grade of airman and a reprimand. Failure to go on several occasions - An airman first class received a suspended reduction to the grade of airman and 14 days extra duty. Going without authority, failure to go, dereliction of duty - A senior airman received a reduction to the grade of airman first class with a suspended reduction to the grade of airman.
