Commissary hosts can and snack drive Published Feb. 7, 2012 Nellis Public Affairs NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. -- The Nellis Commissary is hosting a food drive to support the local homeless veterans who will attend the 9th annual Veterans Stand Down March 21-22, 2012, at the East Las Vegas Community Center in Las Vegas, Nev. The "pop top" canned and "individually wrapped" snack drive began Feb. 1, 2012, and will continue through March 5, 2012. Collection bins are located in the Nellis Commissary.
