The 99th Dental Squadron's Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program, here is seeking patients in need of multiple dental procedures that include, but not limited to; root canals, crowns, dentures, fillings, gum disease and tooth extractions.

To qualify the patient must present a need for two or more of these procedures, not the same procedure multiple times.

Applicants must be active duty, retired military, military retiree family members or active-duty family members. Patients will be selected by the AEGD director, based upon what best fits the needs for the program. If selected, the patient must be available at least weekly throughout the residency year, which will cover August 2014 to July 2015.

Selectees will be contacted in mid-July to set up their first appointment. Non-selectees will not be contacted. There are very limited screening appointments. If interested, please call Tech. Sgt. Shirene Carter at 702-653-2623 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or email Shirene.Carter@us.af.mil to be scheduled for a short consultation and screening exam.

No treatment will be rendered at this time. Patients will be screened until Aug 8.
