An Air Force Personnel Center "Spread the Word" team will conduct a series of briefings addressing deployment options, the assignment process, the civilian hiring system and similar topics at 7:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. April 29 at the Nellis base theater. The team will conduct the same briefings at the Creech AFB base theater at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. April 30.

Additionally, the team will offer assignment counseling for rated officers at 9 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. April 29 at the Nellis base theater. Assignment counseling for rated officers assigned to Creech AFB will be held at 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. in the Creech base theater.

All Nellis and Creech Airmen and civilians are highly encouraged to attend.

The briefings will provide information on personnel issues and delivery transformation. The forum will also provide Air Force members direct, face-to-face contact with AFPC personnel to address concerns and provide feedback.

Specific topics covered in the "Spread the Word" briefings will include, among others, 365-day deployment options, the Global AEF tempo-banding system, civilian hiring procedures and assignment processes.

The AFPC team includes military and civilian assignment and deployment experts. All briefers will be available to answer your questions following their presentation.

"One of the Air Force's top priorities is to develop and care for our Air Force people, and we want to hear from you about what works and what we can improve," said Maj. Gen. K.C. McClain, Air Force Personnel Center commander. "Our AFPC teams look forward to sharing useful information with you and receiving feedback on what's most important to you."
