Aileen Carter Nellis Public Affairs NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. -- The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services will swear in 73 new U. S. citizens, to include members from 38 countries and a mixture of active duty personnel and veterans, at Nellis' Base Chapel, Sept. 17. Maj. Gen. Stanley T. Kresge, U.S. Air Force Warfare Center commander, will be the keynote speaker and Senior Judge Lloyd George will administer the oath of citizenship.
