Haughton Nellis Public Affairs NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. -- The 98th Range Wing presented its annual awards during a banquet at the Nellis Club Feb. 4. The awards recognize Airmen and civilians in the 98th Range Wing who have made exceptional performance in the workplace and outstanding contributions to the local community over the past year. The awards were presented in three civilian and five active duty categories. Below is the list of annual award winners: 98th Range Wing Airman of the Year: Senior Airman William R. Bennett, 98th Range Wing 98th Range Wing Noncommissioned Officer of the Year: Tech. Sgt. Mark M. Fowler, 98th Operations Group 98th Range Wing Senior Noncommissioned Officer of the Year: Master Sgt. Charlie Cook III, 98th Mission Support Group 98th Range Wing Company Grade Officer of the Year: Capt. William L. Britton, 98th Operations Group 98th Range Wing Field Grade Officer of the Year: Maj.
