Specific individuals are not identified. Article 15 Actions: During May 2010, Nellis and Creech commanders administered 16 non-judicial punishment actions under Article 15 of the UCMJ. The punishments imposed reflect the commander's determination of an appropriate punishment after considering the circumstances of the offense and the offender's record. A "suspended" punishment does not take effect unless the offender engages in additional misconduct or fails to satisfy the conditions of the suspension. The suspension period usually lasts for six months unless a lesser amount is specified. Wrongful use of marijuana - An airman first class received a reduction to the grade of airman basic and a reprimand. Failure to go - A staff sergeant received a suspended reduction to the grade of senior airman, forfeitures of $1,146 pay per month for two months and a reprimand. Failure to go and making a false official statement - An airman first class received a suspended reduction to the grade of airman basic, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand. Driving under the influence - A senior airmen received a reduction to the grade of airman first class and 14 days extra duty. Maltreatment (three offenses), assault (two offenses), drunk and disorderly - A chief master sergeant received a suspended reduction to the grade of senior master sergeant, forfeitures of $1,000 pay per month for two months, suspended forfeitures of $1,615 per month for two months and a reprimand. Underage drinking and damage to government property - An airman first class received a reduction to the grade of airman, with a suspended reduction to airman basic and 30 days extra duty. Misuse of government travel card - A senior airman received a suspended reduction to the grade of airman first class, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand. Failure to go and making a false official statement - A senior airman received a reduction to the grade of airman first class, suspended forfeitures of $961 pay per month for two months, suspended 45 days of extra duty and a reprimand. Failure to go on numerous occasions and failure to obey lawful regulation - A senior airman received a reduction to the grade of airman first class, with a suspended reduction to airman and 12 days of extra duty. Dereliction of duty on numerous occasions - An airman first class received a suspended reduction to the grade of airman and 30 days extra duty. Dereliction of duty - A senior airman received a reduction to the grade of airman first class and a reprimand. Absent without leave and failure to go - An airman first class received a reduction to airman and a reprimand. Making false official statement and falsely altering quarters authorization - An airman first class received a reduction to the grade of airman, with a suspended reduction to airman basic, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand. Disobeying a lawful order and assault - A staff sergeant received a reduction to senior airman, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand. Wrongful use of marijuana - A staff sergeant received a reduction to senior airman, suspended forfeitures of $1,146 pay per month for two months, suspended 15 days extra duty and a reprimand.
