Alex Grynkewich, 57th Wing vice commander, greeted distinguished visitors with Joint Civilian Orientation Conference July 23, 2012, at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev. The JCOC is a program sponsored by the Secretary of Defense for civilian public opinion leaders interested in growing their knowledge of the military and national defense issues.
