The mission of the Retiree Activities Office is to provide a continuous update of information helpful to military retirees and their families who reside in the Las Vegas Valley.

The RAO is located on Nellis Air Force Base in building 20, room 135 (99th Force Support Squadron), adjacent to the Pass and ID section. Current operating hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday. The RAO can be reached by phone at 702-652-8712 or email rao@us.af.mil. 

If you are unable to visit or call the office during normal business hours, please fill out a visitor form with your question, email it back to us and we will answer you as soon as possible.  

The RAO is always seeking volunteers to assist customers with questions and counseling. If you are a retiree or a spouse or widow/widower of a retiree interested in volunteering, please fill out the application below and email it to or drop it off at the RAO office.
