Brig. Gen. Charles Moore (left), 57th Wing commander, and Col. Craig Baker, 57th Wing vice commander fill out the Combined Federal Campaign pledge forms as Airman 1st Class Chyann Walsh, 57th Wing knowledge operator and CFC program coordinator, observes Nov. 7, 2013, at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev. The CFC is the world’s largest annual workplace charity campaign, with almost 200 CFC campaigns throughout the country and overseas, raising millions of dollars each year. Pledges made by federal civilian and military donors during the campaign season support eligible non-profit organizations by providing health and human service benefits throughout the world. Due to the recent government shutdown many CFC events were put on hold or cancelled. The Director of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management extended the CFC solicitation period from Dec. 15, 2013, until Jan. 15, 2014. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Jason Couillard)
