RED FLAG-NELLIS IMAGE GALLERY

Portraits of Nellis Airmen

NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. -- Airman 1st Class Seth Norman, an Air Traffic Controller Apprentice from the 57th Operation Support Squadron has been assigned to Nellis for 8 months and feels lucky to have been station here because of the high operations tempo. The Nellis air traffic control tower is consistently one of the busiest towers in the Department of Defense. "If you can make it in ATC here you can do it anywhere," said Airman Norman. "Because we are Nellis we see every aircraft in the Air Force inventory." (U.S. Air Force illustrative photo by Tech. Sgt. Michael R. Holzworth)
