Staff Sgt. Paul Palmer

U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Paul Palmer, 763rd Maintenance Squadron aircraft electrical and environmental systems journeyman, checks the continuity between two receptacles associated with the HH-60G Pave Hawk main rotor blade de-ice system, which is needed for flight at high altitudes or in freezing weather conditions, September 2011, at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev. Palmer recently won the Las Vegas Logistics Officer Association blackjack chapter scholarship and competed with other award submissions from all logistics-related career fields Air Force-wide to win a $1000 scholarship award from the National LOA.
