What is Aviation Nation?
Aviation Nation--the Nellis Air Force Base Open House and annual Las Vegas Air Show, is a two-day event at Nellis Air Force Base and one of the most diverse aviation events in America. It is also one of the largest public events in Nevada.
This year will be another spectacular program as Nellis Air Force Base and Las Vegas Present the U.S. Air Force of the 21st Century - Air, Space and Cyberspace. Several military air demonstration teams, warbirds, and some of the nation's top civilian air performers will participate.
Aviation Nation also celebrates the history of American aviation and salute the recent accomplishments of America's military in operations around the globe through numerous additional military and civilian air demonstrations and ground displays. Approximately 100 military and civilian aircraft are expected to be on display.
