Hutchison’s father passed away in 2005 and he did not have enough money to travel to his hometown in Missouri from his assigned duty station in Georgia, but received an interest-free loan from the Air Force Aid Society to cover his travel costs. Now an avid supporter of the AFAF, which supports and funds four different charities including the AFAS, Hutchison encourages Airmen of all ranks and ages to donate to the AFAF drive.
