Gen. Mike Worden, U. S. Air Force Warfare Center commander, and Col. Michael Bartley, 99th ABW commander, signed a proclamation affirming their commitment to energy conservation at Nellis and Creech Air Force Bases, as well as the Nevada Test and Training Range, June 12. The energy policy letter and proclamation, along with infrastructure projects and promotion of individual responsibility, make up the three-pronged strategy aimed at reducing energy consumption.
