The 99th CONS coordinated and hosted this exercise, bringing contracting personnel from five separate bases to participate.

The exercise simulated a unit arriving in a deployed environment for the first time.

Contracting squadrons from Vandenburg Air Force Base, Calif., Luke AFB, Ariz., Beale AFB, Calif., and Edwards AFB, Calif. came to Nellis AFB to participate in the exercise.
