You MUST go through Nellis Gatekeeper if your visit request includes any of the following outside standard large force exercises (e.g. Red Flag):
General/Flag/SES Officer Visits
Any Inspection/Staff Assisted Visit (SAV) coordination
Large Groups with relationship-building agenda >10 people
  • Civilian Org Visit Requests
  • Foreign Visit Requests
Significant Resource Requests
  • TA, AGE, Fire bottles, Nellis Support Center (NSC)
  • Incoming Iron support
  • NTTR Airspace or NTTR Assets
  • Airfield Operations Supervision (Air Boss, SOF, Tower, etc.)
  • Facilities needed (conference rooms, hangers, vaults, etc.)

  • Nellis AFB opens new dog parks

    Nellis Air Force Base’s four-legged friends now have a new spot to play and another one on the way. The base opened a dog park March 18 on main base and is building a second park in Area III, which is due to open in April 2022.

  • End of an Era: Nellis bids farewell to the soaring F-15C Eagle

    The end of an era is upon Nellis Air Force Base. The installation geared up to bid farewell to the F-15C Eagle as the aircraft prepared to depart for the last time. On March 16, one of the last few F-15Cs departed to its final active flying unit, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.

  • Nellis gears up for annual AFAF campaign

    The annual Air Force Assistance Fund campaign has officially begun. From March 7 to May 13, 2022, Nellis Airmen may donate to four charities dedicated to caring for Airmen and Guardians.
