Timothy Byers, the Air Force Civil Engineer, presents a coin to Glen Taylor, 99th Civil Engineer Squadron lead firefighter, Jan. 12 for his direct involvement in saving a life while he was off duty. Mr. Taylor performed the Heimlich maneuver on a choking man on Christmas Eve at a local restaurant. During his visit, the general also gave coins to Capt. Maureen Downen, Master Sgt.
